Membership Fees Details The club currently has 72 senior and intermediate members and 101 junior members and the committee has proposed and the motion carried that fees are not increased for the coming season but remain the same as set in 2009.  The AGM was held at the Club Pavilion on Monday, 12th April, 2010.  The courts are all weather and are floodlit and the club runs two men’s teams and two women’s teams in both winter and summer leagues.  There is also the opportunity for social tennis at various times during the week. 12.       Club Subscriptions for 2010/2011                      The following  subscriptions were proposed & agreed as follows: Category of Membership Current Membership £ Proposed Membership £ Increase/ Decrease £ Junior (under 16) 26 26 nochange Full time Student & Intermediate (up to 18) 30 30 nochange Senior 70 80 nochange Family (2 adults & any juniors) 160 160 nochange Flood-lit (1st October to 31st March) 42 42 nochange Bidford Tennis club now offer  a new category of “Parent/Guardian” Membership at £26.  The purpose is to let this parent/guardian play with their junior children on the club courts but is restricted to the same conditions of juniors i.e. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday nights they must vacate the courts after 6.30pm if senior members are waiting to play and Saturday and Sunday must vacate within 30 minutes.  They will also not be allowed to play without their child and/or in senior league matches or club competitions.    The membership subscriptions were proposed by the Chairman at the AGM and seconded by the Secretary and were unanimously carried.
